richresults.ai is an AI Visibility and Entity Building agency. Its parent legal entity is SKY SODA SUPREME LLC, a limited liability company registered in the United States. We provide AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), LLMO (Large Language Model Optimization), Entity Building, structured data implementation, and AI visibility services for organizations, brands and experts where expertise, reputation and specificity matter.

What information we collect
We collect only the information you voluntarily provide to us, including:
- Name and email address when you contact us
- Project and company information submitted through our intake form
- Diagnostic answers, diagnostic profile, score, recommended next step and AI visibility status when you complete our AI Visibility Diagnostic
- Communication records from email exchanges
We do not use tracking pixels, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics tools. This website does not place any cookies on your device.
How we use your information
Information you provide is used exclusively to:
- Respond to your enquiry and discuss potential projects
- Evaluate anonymous diagnostic results to understand AI visibility problems and improve our advisory process
- Link your diagnostic result to your enquiry if you contact us after completing the diagnostic
- Deliver the services you have engaged us for
- Generate the AEO and schema materials specific to your project
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or any other commercial purposes.
Diagnostic results submitted without contact details are used as anonymous diagnostic events. We do not use them to identify you personally unless you voluntarily contact us afterwards.

Project data and communication is stored securely. We use industry-standard measures to protect your information from unauthorized access. Data is retained only for as long as necessary to deliver the agreed services and fulfill any legal obligations.
Your rights

Third-party services
This website loads fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com), a service provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. When the page loads, your browser connects to Google's servers and technically transmits your IP address and browser information. The fonts cannot be displayed without this transmission. The embedding serves our legitimate interest in a consistent presentation of this website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). According to Google, Google Fonts does not set cookies and does not associate requests with Google accounts. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; the transfer to the US is based on the EU Commission's adequacy decision.
